The Authority has a requirement to provide Primary Health Care (PHC) services for Service personnel assigned or attached to Robertson Barracks, Swanton Morley for up to 500 personnel. The requirement includes the provision of services to Service personnel both by working as part of a Defence Primary Healthcare (DPHC) team at the DPHC Medical Centre, and by providing support in the form of availability for supply of telephone advice and a facility for same-day appointments from the Contractor's own Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered premises, which must be reachable by road from Swanton Morley within 30 minutes.
