Drainage and soakaways French Drainage Preparation of 300m of path for surfacing Car park kerb re-alignment and preparation for surfacing Muck away to be cleared by Licenced Waste Haulier Surfacing Work (Woodland Trust to Scout Entrance 405m2) 50mm AC20 Binder Course machine laid 20mm AC6 Surface Course machine laid Surfacing Work (Woodland Trust to Car Park Gate 330m2) 50mm AC20 Binder Course machine laid 20mm AC6 Surface Course machine laid For your information, the approximate areas to be resurfaced are: Landway (Communal pathway) - 405m2 Landway (Woodland Trust to carpark gate) - 330m2 Carpark - 1295m2 The two areas of removal works within the carpark prior to resurfacing are noted on plans that are available on request, being remove soil mound (27m2) and remove tarmac patching (28m2). It should be noted that these areas are approximate having been taken from field measurements rather than a full topographical survey. It would be worth making a contingency allowance to allow for soft spots, local widenings or other areas than need to improved outside of that identified.
