Shepway District Council (\"the Council\") wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the project management of a Place Panel to support the Council as the Local Planning Authority in relation to the development proposal for the Otterpool Park garden town. The Council invites prospective suppliers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 4th September 2017 and will continue for a period of 2 years (with any extensions) unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract.
