Solihull College and University Centre's Estates Department is inviting tenders for the design and construction of a ground level Car Park on the existing Accommodation blocks 1, 2 and 3 site following building demolition and clearance. In order to expedite the process to ensure the car park is completed by 18 September site set up may need to be started in advance of the completion of the demolition works in August 2017.
