Nottingham City Council is seeking to appoint contractors to a framework to carry out installation of district heating pipe work, substations and associated equipment. This may include elements of project management, design, installation, construction, testing, commissioning, early contractor involvement, and value engineering. Contracts entered into under this framework may be for projects that are financed or part-financed by external grant funding bodies; in particular the European Structural Investment Fund, including the European Regional Development Fund.
