The provision of ICT Cabling and Voice Specialist Support in various unoccupied and occupied operational Council properties located within the geographical boundaries of the East Riding of Yorkshire .A contract duration of 3 years with 2 potential annual extensions. Renewals will be made by and at the sole discretion of the Employer. The East Riding of Yorkshire Council owns and controls approximately 700 properties, throughout the County. The contract scope of work includes the creation, provision and reactive maintenance works to ensure that equipment or systems meet operational and safety standards, provision of ICT Cabling and Voice Specialist Support to new or existing buildings and the provision of a 24/7 call out service for emergency response to attend at any applicable location in the East Riding of Yorkshire within the prescribed times. Working restrictions will apply. Tenderers are to assume 70% of the works are to be carried out within the town of Beverley with the remaining 30% spread within the boundaries of East Riding of Yorkshire Council
