Provision of New Boilers and Hot Water System to Mill Hall Building

Mill Hall Building is a 6 floor halls of residence located off the main campus near Lancaster City Centre. The University is looking for a contractor to replace the Boilers, Gas Fired Hot Water System, the re-arrangement of the flue dilution system, to install heating zone controls to each floor, required BMS works, and the renewal of necessary equipment as set out in the detailed design specification.
