We are looking to build a pool of qualified coaches from a wide range of backgrounds to work with our Executive Directors, Directors and some members of our Senior Leadership Team (Heads of Department). We require the services of coaches to assist our people to improve their leadership, their performance and that of their teams, encouraging self-reliance and enabling greater ownership and responsibility.
