The Statutory Officers of the CA are seeking to commission an independent review of the Combined Authority group to clarify what an optimal operating model for the CA could be. This should include consideration of all options, including outsourcing option. This review should draw upon the role and remit of the CA and it's the programme of work but particularly focus on how the CA operates and undertakes its business.
