The successful provider will be expected to produce a final PNA for each of the boroughs by 31st March 2018 for their HWBs to publish. The content should meet the legal requirements for PNAs that apply at the time of publication. The current guidance can be found at This may be updated during the timescale of preparing the PNAs. The regulation that this guidance relates to can be found at Access to tender documents is available at: Interested suppliers should register with CapitalEsourcing in order to access the tender documents.
