A recent 'awareness survey' conducted on behalf of the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA) identifies low levels of awareness for the South Downs National Park across all age groups. This research requires further detailed analysis as part of a customer segmentation study. Such segmentation analysis should be conducted to provide: A) A thorough current visitor and non-visitor profiling analysis B) An overview of the competitive set C) 'Best prospect' customer segment opportunities D) A recommendation of marketing propositions Provide the SDNPA with the research that will underpin and influence future marketing propositions, tourism development and tourism planning proposals to match best prospect customer groups. We are therefore seeking the services of a research professional to review the current data available and to provide a robust and overarching insight of visitors to the South Downs National Park.
