The Council has set up a Framework Agreement involving 7 Framework providers working across 5 zones. The Council will enter into a Framework Agreement with the selected Service Provider/s and will then call off the Services. Tenderers for the South zone will need to demonstrate that they can deliver at least a 33% of the new business in the zone. Tenderers for the Vale zone will need to demonstrate that they can deliver at least 25% of the new business in the zone.
