The University requires a supplier to provide services to support Sheffield Hallam's market development in South Asia. The tender process is being conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 but the services being procured fall under the New Light-Touch Rules Regime for Health, Social, Education and certain other Service Contracts. This will include the provision of a project office in India, to support the University's work in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
