Suppliers can bid for one or both LOTS. Project aims The Midlands Engine, working with its partners wants to create a baseline of attitudinal, sentiments and agreed metrics to build a campaign that will foster; • A collective identity • Drive economic growth • Promote the Midlands to the world • Attract people to invest, trade, study and work • Create a brighter future for all Midlander's The research and insight work will provide baseline data to quantify the outcomes and successes of the campaign and serve as a marker to measure the desired reach and impact of campaign activity.
