Kindly review the below points below for additional information. Important information Opening hours: Monday to Friday between 12:00-14:00. TUPE: TUPE applies to this appointment. Two members of staff will be affected by TUPE; one is full time and the other part-time. Footfall: approx 20-30 people daily. Food options: meals consist of 1) A main course. 2) A light soft meal choice suitable for those with eating difficulties. 3) An alternative main choice e.g. vegetarian or ethnic diet. 4) A hot pudding. 5) A cold sweet alternative. Equipment: All cooking equipment will be provided on a free of charge basis. Suppliers are expected to complete a deep clean of the kitchen six monthly. Fees: The service provider shall provide and pay for all food, beverages and refreshments and ingredients used in the provision of the services. The services provider shall pay in relation to the kitchen; 1) local authority rates. 2) gas rates. 3) electricity rates. 4) water rates. Termination: Housing and Care 21 and the service provider can serve notice at any time providing three months notice.
