Maidstone Borough Council is leading a joint procurement with Swale Borough Council to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to provide cashless parking solution services to include all council off-street Pay & Display car parks within Maidstone and Swale Borough Councils and all on-street Pay and Display bays within Maidstone. The appointed contractor(s) will provide and administer the cashless payment systems via mobile phone, smartphone App and web enabled services for each Council.
