The control of pests of public health significance is a primary role of the Public Protection Department. Controlling and eradicating pests reduces the likelihood of infectious disease in the community and contributes to the health and well-being of residents and visitors to the County Borough.
As a part of its statutory duty to endeavour to keep its district free from rats and mice, and to minimise any public health nuisance or risks associated with domestic pests, the Council wishes to provide a service for the control of certain pests in domestic property throughout the Borough.
Bridgend County Borough Council would like to invite tenders to provide a domestic pest control service on behalf of the public protection department within the county borough of Bridgend. Potential tenderers are required to complete, in full, tender documentation and return it no later than 12:00 noon Monday 25.2.2013.
The deadline to REQUEST A TENDER PACK is Friday 8.2.2013 - any requests after this date will not be accepted.
