Contract value: UKTI will move to a consolidated third party delivery model through a prime contractor in order to meet UKTIs stretching targets of increasing the number of customers attending events by 25 percent year on year through the design and delivery of innovative and market leading events that drive improved quality scores and value to UKTI customers at a lower programme cost per service delivery.The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering a significant proportion of projected services to UK customers through the UKTI HQ Trade Development Event and Missions programme in the UK and Overseas. This programme encompasses a diverse and bespoke range of inward missions, outward missions, UK sector events and overseas sector events and is estimated at c400 events per year. The remaining customer services will be delivered through the UKTI in-house events teams through existing procurement processes.The successful bidder will additionally provide a Programme Office that will supply robust financial control, MI, calendaring, measurement and financial reporting for 100 percent of the Events and Missions programme, with UKTI providing the required inputs from the Events and Missions that they deliver.Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 6 000 000 and 8 500 000 GBP
