SLC requires an external provider to deliver full end to end management of an automatic enrolment pension scheme, including, but not limited to, the following services; system development and implementation, administration and management of the pension scheme, communicating and engaging with employees, operational account management, and investment services on behalf of SLC employees. It’s expected the operational input from SLC will be minimal, supplying the provider with employee information and funds on a regular basis with SLC only a ‘touch point’ in the management of auto enrolled pensions.
