Contract value: The development involves new build and refurbishment and remodelling works, with a construction value between 5 000 000 GBP and 5 250 000 GBP. The works will be phased to allow the existing buildings to remain operational during the works. Phase 1 will involve the new build hall, new entrance foyer. Remaining works to be phased in agreement with the Principal Contractor. External landscaping works are also included with an estimated value of 250 000 GBP.Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 5 000 000 and 5 500 000 GBP
