The Department is looking for a service provider to provide a software solution to allow Trading Standards Service to record, analyse, distribute, monitor and evaluate the information gathered both through enforcement visits to traders by enforcement staff, and by complaints and enquiries made to Consumerline, the Department's consumer helpline.
