The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking responses from organisations wishing to participate in a tender for the provision of a Works Contractor for the construction (incorporating design development) for new-build schools and for adaptations and extensions to existing schools in the London Borough of Hillingdon.

Contract value: Establishment of a Works Contractor to construct probably three schools (possibly increasing to six), whose total construction value is between £25 million and £50 million.The intention of the council is to award one contract for the bundled-value but the council reserves the right to part-award or not award any contract, at its sole discretion.
