The Services to be delivered by the Supplier shall comprise:
1. The introduction of Lean Thinking practices and principles by a "deep dive" coaching / training workshop courses:
2. The courses will cover the following as a minimum:
a) The application of a basic Lean practice of workplace organisation and easy identification of abnormal conditions and waste elimination.
b) The application of structured mechanisms for probelm solving, action planning (PCDA) and teh development of Visualisation Centes (Control Rooms).
