NCG wish to appoint a main contractor to undertake the design and build refurbishment of Parsons Building on the main Newcastle College campus in Newcastle upon Tyne. NCG have already appointed a design team to produce designs to RIBA stage E. It is intended that these appointments will be novated to the successful bidder.
