Tenderers are invited for the provision of passenger transport services by taxi, minibus and/or coach in relation to Home to School/College, Adult Social Care, Special Educational Needs and Scheduled Bus Services in the following areas...Aspatria, Cockermouth, Maryport, Silloth, Wigton, Workington, Egremont, Millom and Whitehaven.
Approximately 350 routes in total are to be tendered and it is likely that contracts will be awarded to a range of providers. Operators are further invited to submit tenders linking routes or offering a
value for money composite option. Tenders for whole or part routes will be considered and routes may be split between more than one operator. Passenger transport services by coach. Transport for people with disabilities. Transport for the elderly.
