Pembrokeshire County Council is looking to appoint no more than four suppliers to a Framework Agreement for the Supply and Application of Surface Dressing Binder to both Pembrokeshire County Council and Ceredigion County Council. It should be noted that it is possible that different contractor's be contracted for each of the named Authorities, although each will have the same list of overall approved framework providers.
The Framework will run for four years with further competition being undertaken for each surface dressing season as applicable.This is an electronic tender exercise. Details on how to register and access documents can be found later in this notice under additional information.
