Contract value: The framework contract is being designed for the provision of a comprehensive security service that ensures a high profile and visible service that creates a safe and secure environment for all key customers, that provides a standard of service that helps to maximise customer satisfaction, ensures a flexible and sympathetic response to any unplanned or reactive requirement, and which effectively prevents access to restricted areas and counters any Anti social behaviour that may cause further incidents within Council Buildings and Housing Residential Blocks.The Security Services Framework Contract shall cover all security requirements for the London Borough of Hackney and Hackney Homes Ltd.The contract shall have 4 service streams (lots), these are:1. Security guarding including, Key holding services and alarm response and CCTV monitoring.2. Estate Security including mobile patrol.3. Vacant premises security.4. Concierge services for housing residential blocks.The contract shall provide services where required across civic buildings, educational establishments, administration and operational buildings and the Council housing portfolio and residential blocks.Estimated value excluding VAT: Range: between 8 000 000 and 10 000 000 GBP
