Lot 1 - Airport City North
A Co- Investment and Development Partner is sought for the initial phases of development on land controlled by the Contracting Entity comprising 59 acres (24 hectares), which can accommodate 1 044 267 sq ft of office development, 382 639 sq ft of advanced manufacturing and 2 400 new hotel beds together with amenity and support services. The overall master plan for Airport City North comprises 86.5 acres (35 hectares) of land (which is the total masterplanned area for Airport City North) immediately north of the airport terminals.
Lot 2 - Airport City South
A Co- Investment Development Partner is sought for this proposed development comprising of 32 hectares of land to the south of the airport terminals immediately adjacent to J6 of the M56. The site can provide well located logistics facilities with varying degrees of direct access to the airport apron and cargo handling areas, and when fully developed will comprise 1.4m sq ft of new logistics space in a range of large, medium and small logistics units which can be arranged flexibly.
Lot 3 – Airport City North and Airport City South
This is Lot is a combined project covering both of the opportunities detailed in Lots 1 and 2.
