Contract value: Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association currently have contracts in place that are part of a programme of contract renewals. Thames Valley Charitable Housing Association has undertaken a review of their current practises and future needs regarding the need for an Electrical Service and Portable Appliance Testing.The scope of services will include:— Completing Periodic Electrical Testing to Landlords Electrical Installations.— Completing Periodic Electrical Testing to rented accommodation.— Completing Portable and Fixed Appliance Testing to Key Worker, Student, General Rented and Market Rent Accommodation.— Undertaking responsive repairs to standard landlord's electrical installations in rented, market rent, leasehold, shared ownership, keyworker and student accommodation.— Complete responsive repairs to landlords electrical installations.— Carry out upgrade or renewal of landlords electrical installations.— Carry out electrical testing and upgrade works to void properties.— Microwave Leakage testing.— Report on age, condition and remaining life of all landlords' electrical installations and domestic installations to inform the stock condition database to improve the planned expenditure forecasting.— Assisting with the review of planned repairs specifications and employers requirements— Assisting with the provision of electrical safety training for staff.— Carry out periodic visits and lamp replacements on high priority schemes.— Carry out repairs identified during Portable and Fixed appliance testing.— To provide electronic service records.— Maintain an asset register for portable and fixed appliances.— To provide a dedicated point of contact to manage the contract.Estimated value excluding VAT: 150 000 GBP
