The BBSRC invites bids from events management companies for the organisation of an international conference in bioenergy to be held in February 2014. Responses should outline how you propose to meet the requirements of the BBSRC as detailed in the Invitation to Bid document. The winning bidder will be required to manage the entire process of organising the event from providing a project plan and finding a venue to ensuring the smooth running of the conference and any post event requirements. This contract is offered on the expectation that costs will be off-set through delegate ticketing and sponsorship, provided by the winning bidder.
