The council are looking for a supplier to provide the following services:
— Bulky household waste collection service;
Provide a bulky household waste collection service to all residents in Pembrokeshire requesting the service and to maximise the recycling and reuse of collected items.
— Secondary processing to include collection and bulking of mattresses.
Utilise a new purpose built facility at Winsel Civic Amenity and Recycling Centre, owned by Pembrokeshire County Council, to provide a secondary processing service for all items of unusable waste materials collected through the bulky household waste collections service and at civic amenity and recycling centres.
The Contractor will provide Sheltered Work places for a wide range of people with or recovering from disabilities including, but not limited to, mental ill health, learning difficulties or physical disabilities and provide and maximise employment opportunities for these individuals.
The Contractor is required to match fund the Secondary Processing Service and is therefore not able to make a profit from this element of the Contract.
Tenderers should bid for both Lots, as partial submissions will not be accepted.
Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender:

— Click the "Express Interest" button in the "Actions" box on the left-hand side of the page;
— This will move the ITT into your "My ITTs" page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only);
— Click on the ITT code, you can now access any attachments by clicking the "Settings and B! uyer Attachments" in the "Actions" box.
3. Responding to the tender.
— You can now choose to "Reply" or "Reject" (please give a reason if rejecting);
— You can now use the ''''Messages'''' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification;
— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT - There may be a mixture of online and offline actions for you to perform (there is detailed online help available).
