The Successful Contractor will be required to provide pre and post contract Project Management Services for the procurement and delivery of a new Pathology building not exceeding 5 000 square meters including laboratories at the Southmead Hospital Site, Bristol. The services will include and may not be limited to:
— developing and establishing the employers requirements,
— the co-ordination of the other design professionals,
— the provision of professional quantity surveying services,
— providing budget forecasts throughout the design development,
— preparation of tender documentation,
— manage tender process including tender return appraisal report,
— assist with formal appointment of a design & build contractor,
— provision of full contract administration including variations and site inspections,
— issuing of the practical completion certificate,
— regular client reporting including co-ordination with other site wide capital projects running contemporaneously but not forming part of this contract.
