(NU/1741) Supply of an Electron-beam Lithography System

A growing number of research groups in the School of Mathematics, Statistics and Physics, as well as other schools in the Faculty of Science, Agriculture and Engineering at Newcastle University require nanoscale lithography capabilities in order to support a wide range of research activities related to nanotechnology. Therefore, we are looking to purchase an electron-beam lithography system to meet this growing need. Such a system will enable us to fabricate electronic, photonic, and mechanical devices with nanoscale precision, high throughput, and superior reliability, thereby accelerating our University's research productivity and allowing us to explore new research frontiers on the nanoscale.\r \r The scope of this contract is for the supply, delivery and in installation of the equipment detailed in ITT document to the University, with after-sales support and 12 months warranty and maintenance, all training necessary for safe and reliable operation of the system.\r \r This opportunity is only being made available to those Sellers appointed to Lot 5 Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEMs) of the NWUPC Framework Agreement for High Value Laboratory Equipment (Ref: LAB3123 NW).
