Targeted Impartial Information Advice and Guidance (TIIAG)

To extend the current TIIAG Contract to 30th September 2023 to make it coterminous with the E-Prospectus Agreement. The service is responsible for discharging Wakefield Council's duties set out in the Education and Skills Act 2008 enabling, encouraging, and assisting young people to participate in education and training with a specific emphasis being on identifying and supporting those 16 and 17-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The current Contract also makes provision for the management and coordination of the Wakefield E-Prospectus system that supports schools and colleges to provide one system for 16-year-olds to make their post-16 college choices.
