North of Tyne Business Case for Major Retrofit

Housing retrofit programmes require large investment and the appropriate targeting of measures to individual properties to avoid unintended consequence, particularly for fabric measures. In order to develop a realistic, low-risk and cost-effective plan for housing stock retrofit, we are looking to appoint a contractor to deliver the following four components of work: 1.Developing the business model, including resourcing requirements, for a 'one stop shop' (OSS) energy advice centre, ensuring the business model builds on existing good practice. The requirement is for a fully costed delivery model to be developed showing how the service can be financed through income generation, start up grant funding and what gap funding, if any, is required from Local Authorities. (Note: Whilst the Buyer in the Contact Details is listed as "North Tyneside Council", this entry is system generated. For the avoidance of doubt, the Buyer in this case is the North of Tyne Combined Authority (NTCA). North Tyneside Council are conducting this procurement on NTCA's behalf.) https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=39fc8cd8-453b-ed11-8119-005056b64545&p=1c9e782c-541e-e611-8114-000c29c9ba21
