Technology Strategy Board (TSB) wishes to secure a quality, high-level analysis of the data emerging from the Retrofit for the Future Programme. The work is considered high priority and must be completed by 11th February 2013. Respondents are encouraged to demonstrate in their proposal how they will deliver value for money and where possible ‘added value’. In the context of this project we consider added value to constitute an expanded scope or exemplary level of quality. We are also keen to complete the work sooner than 11th February, except where this would result in a loss in quality or scope. The appointed data analysis contractor will be required to produce analysis suitable for external circulation to TSB and its agents.
