Imperial College London seeks to procure the services of a contractor to provide cleaning services to all College-owned properties in Central-West London and Berkshire. The cleaning services required shall cover Office cleaning, teaching spaces cleaning, laboratory cleaning, catering facilities cleaning and residences cleaning. Although a single service provider is preferred, Imperial College London reserves the right to separate and award separate campuses and/or buildings to separate providers if this is shown to provide best value for money.
