Contract value: The requirement is split into 2 lots. We are seeking to appoint one Supplier for each lot.Lot 1 - statutory insurance inspections and testing.This involves carrying out statutory insurance inspections and testing for various assets across Heathrow Airport in accordance with prevalent statue law at the time. The ranges of assets included but are not limited to boiler and other pressure plants, lifting and handling plants, local exhaust ventilation systems, escalators & moving walkways, manual passenger, goods and service lifts.Lot 2 - water quality management testing including Legionella (L8 testing).This involves creation of Legionella management plan for Heathrow Airport, carrying out L8 water quality sampling and testing, annual risk assessments for water systems and cooling towers, periodic audits, provide guidance and training to HAL team. The scope may also include carrying out tap temperatures checks and cold water tank checks across Heathrow Airport.Estimated value excluding VAT Range: between 5 300 000,00 and 5 600 000,00 GBP
