Dear Supplier
This contract opportunity is for a provider of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Repairs to Printers. The contract will provide for:
Routine maintenance visits to Merlin's 15 printers and MFD's
Reactive call outs for breakdowns
Maintenance for Papercut security release system
The printing volume for 2011 / 2012 was 1,911m mono and 850k colour and the printers are no more than 4 years old.
The closing date for receipt of submissions is midday on 4 January 2013.
The contract will be initially for a period of 2 years with two optional extension periods of 12 months each.
The evaluation will attribute 60% to Quality and 40% to Price.
