IMPORTANT - SHORT DEADLINE - WORK TO BE COMPLETED BY MID MARCH 2013
Hartshill School have applied for funding in order to replace their boiler system.
The successful contractor shall be responsible for the complete design, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance for 12 months of a replacement heating and hot water boiler system as well as removal of the current system and any associated works.
The terms of the funding dictate that the work must be completed by mid march 2013 in order to be approved.
Hartshill School intend to award contract no later than 14th Feb 2012.
Any contractors interested in this tender must be in a position to work to these timescales before participating in the process.
All EOI's must be sent to marie.caves@nwhc.ac.uk no later than 18th December 2012.
It is not envisaged that the value of this contract will reach the OJEU threshold therefore an OJEU process is not being carried out however a 10 day standstill will apply between contract notification and contract award.
