The contract addresses the need to define a CSU Strategy for the future that outlines optimal delivery level for services, establishes which services are critical to be delivered at scale and where there is autonomy and flexibility to meet local ICS requirements.This review will look at the future of CSU organisations rather than the role of individuals/teams
