Programme Communications Manager

About the jobDesign and develop integrated communication, digital and marketing strategies and initiate both reactive and proactive campaigns driven by insight and data. Work constructively with colleagues and partners to gain expert opinions.Collaborate and support workstream leads and programme colleagues with delivery of a compelling narrative and communication tools to underpin programme outcomes.Support and enable relationships with key stakeholders, advocates and partners, to gather intelligence and build situational awareness.Develop and manage responses to commissions and briefings ensuring to effectively manage the full end-to-end process from commission to completion.Develop a knowledge base, working with and through programme colleagues, to act as a repository of information and communication products.Support the evaluation of effectiveness against objectives. Review lessons learned and compare with industry best practice to identify areas for improvement for future communication strategiesEnsure and commit to individual and organisational learning and talent development in order to enhance organisational capability.
