-Experience in IT transformation projects/programmes; public facing projects would be beneficial -Experience delivering business change activities to internal stakeholder groups -Ability and experience working in a fast-paced environment with complex stakeholder landscape -Experience delivering webinars / training sessions to varying stakeholder groups oAble to confidently engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholder groups oExperience of engagement software such as GoTo Webinars desirable -Require someone to plan, design, develop training and guidance materials for both internal and external stakeholder groups; utilising video, audio and written channels -Demonstratable experience / knowledge in agile delivery processes; oThe ability to consume technical information and relay it in a concise and clear manner via multiple channels oAbility to engage with technical development teams oAbility to review and assess changes required to internal and external documentation based on technical releases taking place.
