Norwich City Council (NCC) is seeking a partner to provide a development agency service to deliver a contractual start on site during 2013 for at least 11 new affordable dwellings, to be a mixture of at least 7 council owned social rented dwellings and a small number of self-build dwellings, on a council owned site.
