Cardiff Metropolitan University is looking for a Principal Construction Contractor who has a strategic focus on improving the delivery of the University's construction projects through a "Construction partner framework agreement". The framework agreement will also encompass a rolling refurbishment programme, primarily for the University's sports facilities, located at the Cyncoed Campus.
