The design, supply, installation, maintenance and operation of a central street lighting management system which will enable variable street lighting levels across Transport for London's Road Network (TLRN) and possibly as a future requirement TfL may extend utilisation of these contracts to London Boroughs. This will allow flexible control of the energy consumed and act as an approved meter accurately recording energy usage enabling CO2 emissions to be calculated. It will also provide automated fault feedback which can be interfaced with the reactive repairs and maintenance works order generation process.
