Contract value: There will be one contract. It will cover the insurance of all individual units but may also cover insurance of the common parts. A decision on the common parts will either be made at tender evaluation stage or when the existing arrangements for the common parts insurance are due to expire. Tenderers will be required to price separately for both insurances but the option as to whether the common parts insurance will be taken up will be made by the Council.
