Warrington Borough Council wishes to enter into a framework for the provision of a range of IT products and mobile telephones to staff through a salary sacrifice arrangement. The supplier will provide an Internet platform to support the supply and the administration of the scheme, as well as logistical arrangements, The salary sacrifice scheme must comply with HMRC guidance.
It is intended that multiple windows will be open in each year of the operation of the framework for staff to place orders.
Warrington Borough Council will also open the framework for use by other local authorities and NHS bodies in the UK as well as Warrington Borough Council's local partner organisations identified in the tender documents.
