The requirement is to provide structured instruction golf lessons for 16 and 17 year old Junior Soldiers at the Army Foundation College Harrogate for a 3 year period. There will be up to 3 sessions per week for 21 weeks per year. Each session is to be for a minimum of 8 Junior Soldiers and a maximum of 12 Junior Soldiers and will be of 1 hour 30 minutes duration. The activity will start week commencing 6 May 13 and will be on a Monday from 18.00 to 19.30 and Wednesday from 14.00 – 15.30 Each Junior Soldier will receive one instruction session per week. Each instruction period may include video analysis sessions, Iron/Driver/Putting, and course management. Short game and at least one full round of golf should also be provided. Companies submitting expressions of interest are to provide, on a maximum of 2 pages of A4, background information on their company and details of providing similar services. The number of companies invited to tender will be limited to a maximum of 6.
