Social work services. It is the Council’s intention to enter into Agreements with Providers for Care at Home and Housing Support Services to meet the requirements covered by this Tender document under which specific purchases (call-ons) can be made. The specific purchases will be for new services called on from the commencement date.
The Agreements will cover the four geographical areas listed below. The Council is seeking to appoint up to four Providers in each of the four geographical areas within South Lanarkshire. Providers may submit bids to provide the Service in all or any geographical area.

Contract value: The Agreements will be for an initial three year period with the Council reserving the option to extend the Agreements for a further 12 months subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funding. There will be no price changes for the duration of this Agreement.It is anticipated that the level of Service purchased through the Tender will be approximately 3 700 000 GBP over the 3 year duration. The Council cannot guarantee the exact level of Services to be purchased. This is indicative only.
